Before you start

Three things to watch for.

One home, followed from a reading on the wall to a dated, completed repair.

Sensing, on the wall

Battery-powered sensors read temperature and humidity every few minutes. In homes the sensors use a cellular connection: no gateway, no tenant WiFi, nothing to commission in the communal areas.

The estate sorts itself

Homes drifting towards damp and mould risk rise to the top on their own. A worst-first list, not a complaints inbox. That is the whole shift.

Raised, fixed, evidenced

Cross a threshold and the job is raised, then pushed to the contractor. The fix lands back as a dated evidence trail against that address. That is the Awaab's Law conversation.

Where it fits

Already run your own repairs system? Good.

The tour shows GeoSpaces feeding GeoWorks because that is the full picture. It is not the only option. Happy with your housing management system or repairs scheduler? We send the condition data and the evidence there instead. GeoSphere adds the live layer underneath.

The questions housing teams ask first.

Will it work in a 1950s tower with no WiFi?

Yes. In housing the sensors are battery-powered with their own cellular connection, so no tenant WiFi and no mains power. Nothing to commission in the communal areas, which is what usually slows a block like that down. The survey confirms the signal inside the building first.

Will it keep running if a resident unplugs the router?

It will. Each sensor has its own cellular connection and never touches home broadband. An unplugged or changed router does not take a home offline.

Is it always cellular?

No, and that is deliberate. Cellular is the housing default because it keeps the tenant's home out of it: no gateway, no shared router. Elsewhere LoRaWAN is often the better fit, and in hospitality it usually is. The survey picks what suits the building, not what suits us.

Can it watch empty homes between tenancies?

Yes. Voids are where damp and cold take hold unseen. The sensors keep reporting, so you walk into a relet knowing its condition.

How does it sit alongside our housing management system?

Beside it, not on top of it. GeoSphere adds the live condition and evidence layer and connects to your HMS, CRM and repairs scheduling. Cases and history stay where your teams already work.

Who owns the data?

You do. The readings, the records and the evidence trail are yours to keep, export and audit.

What does the free survey involve?

An on-site assessment of a home, and recommended actions. No cost, no obligation.
